Fall Kickoff is a special Sunday morning service designed for our guests with special music, a great encouraging message, friendly and loving people, followed by a free cookout and games outside. All are welcome. Children's programs available. No matter who you are, where you come from, what you believe, you are welcome among us. Fall is about change. On April 15th Arvada Christian welcomes the Gideons International to present a brief update on their work of distributing Bibles across the world in our 9:30am service. Join us!

On Sunday August 7th we welcome missionary from Ghana, Africa, Jeff Hostetter. Jeff and his wife Shirley will be here to share their mission work in Ghana, Africa. Jeff will be bringing the message and teaching in the Adult Sunday School class. Let's open our eyes to God's bigger picture.

We love our volunteers! They are the hands and feet of Jesus at Arvada Christian. On May 21st at 6pm in the Fellowship Hall will be the Volunteer Appreciation Banquet. The banquet will be catered by Olive Garden. It will a chance for us to say thank you to all you have put in so much to make a difference in others' lives for the cause of Christ. Mothers are an important part of all our lives. God has a high regard for Mothers. While on the cross, Jesus, even while dying for the sins of the world, took time to make sure his Mother was cared for. We read of it in John 19:26-27, “When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.” Just as Jesus honored his Mother we should honor ours.

    That’s why we provide a special Mother’s Day service on May 8th at 9:30am at the Arvada Christian Church campus. In this service we will put a spotlight on Moms to give them our thanks for their sacrifices, hard work and love for us. Each Mom will receive a special gift from the Church and will enjoy a service designed to bring them encouragement and honor. Pastor Joe will preach a special message for Mothers and we who love them. So weather you are a Mom or have a Mom this will be a great service to enjoy in honor of all that Mothers do.
